Reagents kit intended for detecting and quantitative determination of G-class antibodies to German measles virus
“German measles – IgG-antibodies”
(cat № D-3014)

Quantitative determination of specific IgG level in international units in range from 0 to 100 IU/ml can indicate:
- current infection;
- presence of protective immunity in the result of having had an illness in the past (anamnestic antibodies);
- successfully conducted vaccination.
Analytic and diagnostic characteristics
Reagents kit “German measles – IgG-antibodies” is intended for quantitative and qualitative determination of G-class antibodies to German measles virus in human blood’s serum (plasm). Determination of IgG to German measles virus is used for women’s immune status assessment during the pregnancy, as well as for conducting seroepidemiological researches.
Kit sensitivity. Minimal reliably indicated IgG concentration to German measles virus is 5 IU/ml.
Reproducibility. Variation coefficient of IgG determination results to German measles virus in the same sample of blood serum using “German measles – IgG-antibodies” kit does not exceed 8%.
Linearity. Dependence of IgG concentration to German measles virus in blood serum samples when diluting them with blood serum which doesn’t contain IgG to German measles, has linear character in concentration range 5,0-100 IU/ml and makes up 90-110%.
Accuracy. This analytical parameter is checked up by “opening” test – i.e. compliance of the measured concentration of IgG to German measles virus prescribed in a sample, obtained by mixing up equal volumes of reference positive sample with known IgG content to German measles virus and positive calibration sample. “Opening” rate makes up 90-110%.
