Reagents kit intended for detecting and quantitative determination of G-class antibodies to German measles virus
“German measles – IgG-antibodies”
(cat № D-3014)

Quantitative determination of specific IgG level in international units in range from 0 to 100 IU/ml can indicate:
- current infection;
- presence of protective immunity in the result of having had an illness in the past (anamnestic antibodies);
- successfully conducted vaccination.
Reagents kits intended for detecting M class antibodies to German measles virus, herpes and toxoplasmosis using “capture” method.
- Reagents kit German measles-IgМ-capture for immunoenzyme detection of M class antibodies to German measles virus;
- Reagents kit HSV-IgM-capture for immunoenzyme detection of M class antibodies to herpes simplex virus of types 1 and 2;
- Reagents kit Toxo-IgM-capture for immunoenzyme detection of M class antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii.
New test-systems for detecting M class antibodies involve capture option of ELISA with fixed antibodies or “antibody capture ELISA”. The method is based on the following: affinely purified antibodies specifically reacting with human IgM class antibodies are fixed on hardphase carrier. As a result of incubation with tested serum antibodies of this class connect with carrier. The presence of antibodies among them specific for any antigen is determined during the incubation with this antigen tagged with enzyme. Solution dyeing is observed by incubation with a substrate in case if there were specific antibodies in test specimen.
