History

June 16, 1993 – “ImDi” Limited Liability Company was founded.

1993 – 1994: diagnostic test-kits production and introducing in medical practice was started.

In 1995 the immune-enzyme laboratories for diagnostics of different human diseases were developed.

In 1999 the chain polymerization laboratory was developed.

In 2006 Russian-Kazakhstan “ImDiAsia Test” joint venture was founded.

In 2008 the founding documents for joint venture (JV) in PRC were signed up, which will assemble diagnostic kits from test-kits components, manufactured on the “ImDi” LLC area and sell them within and outside the PRC; and “Russian-Chinese Institute” joint venture (JV) for research developments in the diversified diagnostic sphere.

In 2010 “ImDi-Test” public corporation was founded for project fulfillment on developing protein immune chips production area – diversified diagnostic test-kits, which allow to detect 8-10 markers of different infections simultaneously in one analysis.

Currently our company has developed and introduced in medical practice more than 60 immune-enzyme test-kits, it also develops science intensive project in the sphere diversified immune diagnostic based on protein immune chips.
